I’ve spent over 17 years as an Emergency Room nurse, supporting patients through some of the most critical and transformative moments of their lives. Through that time, I witnessed both the limits and the incredible power of traditional medicine—but I also felt something more. A subtle energy. An inner knowing. For years, I didn’t fully understand how to work with it, or even if I was “allowed” to.
That changed when I discovered Access Bars and Reiki. These practices helped me harness and refine the intuitive energy I had always felt. With training and deep exploration, I learned how to blend the science of allopathic medicine with the wisdom of energy work—creating a more holistic approach to healing that supports the whole person: mind, body, and soul. These practices combined with my own healing journey have shaped me into the Transformational Healing Coach that I am today as well.
In 2019, my own health journey took a pivotal turn. I felt something was off in my body—despite being told by professionals that everything looked fine. Trusting my intuition, I pushed for answers and caught breast cancer early. That experience was life-changing. It affirmed my belief that our bodies are always communicating with us—and when we’re aligned, we’re better able to listen and respond.
Today, I’m passionate about helping others reconnect with their own inner guidance, release energetic blocks, and find greater balance and ease in their lives. I bring a grounded, practical, and compassionate approach to every session, meeting you where you are and supporting you as you move toward healing and wholeness.
